December 6, 2006 - Knoxville, TN- At Genesis, we accomplished three great firsts on Saturday: we delivered our first building for Pilot Corp, LLC; we delivered our first offset/glass building; and we delivered our first translucent roof system all in one day.

This building came to fruition through the ongoing corroboration of the Genesis team and the driving forces of Asa Hazelwood and JEd Campbell with Pilot Corp. The building design includes the offset of the equipment room from the wash bay to provide nearly 75% of all the walls on the wash bay to be glass along with providing a secure area in the equipment room for the integration of the Point-of-Sale interface box. Additional features of this building included a polycarbonate roofing system to provide natural light during the day and internal spotlights directed at the roof which provide visual interest at night.

The building arrived onsite on three custom designed trucks and the entire building package was set in place in just one day. Additional trim work is all that was left remaining after just eight hours on the jobsite.
